Programming Manager - Remote/London/Wales
We are hiring new team members to join the Survey Programming team within our Technology and Operations division of Delineate.
As a Survey Programmer you will work across the different Market Research survey projects, translating the survey questionnaire into an online survey to taken by consumers around the globe. This is a busy role and will suit an individual who likes a challenge and thrives working to deadlines.
You will join an already successful and busy Survey Programming team and will work on new projects as well as updating existing projects. As we use Askia as our survey programming software, we ask that you have some experience working within it. If you have limited experience of Askia, full training will be provided, alongside ongoing training to ensure you maximize your use and understanding of this vital software.
Who we’re looking for?
The successful person should be:
- Very self-organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time,
- Able to meet deadlines and identify issues that could block delivery
- Previous Market Research experience in survey scripting / programming
Project Executives - Newcastle Emlyn
Project Executives work in one of two key areas:
Fieldwork:
Working within the Fieldwork management team, you will be overseeing research projects across a number of clients simultaneously.
You will be able to communicate effectively with our third-party suppliers and internal client success teams, ensuring that our surveys are accurately delivered in accordance with our client requirements.
Project Management
Working within the Project Management team, you will work across departments monitoring projects and taking the lead on project management tasks.
Working on a number of projects daily, you will be using our project management systems to monitor completion of tasks, communicating with key stakeholders and eventually advise clients on project status.

HR Business Partner - Remote/London/Wales
The post holder will be London/Wales or Home-based (this role will require some travel)

You will be able to:
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Manage and resolve all ER Casework with the Chief of Staff
- Ensure our record keeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements
- Ensure recruitment is run smoothly and in line with best practice
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Design and deliver training programs
- Manage & evolve the onboarding & offboarding processes
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner or HR Manager
- Commercial acumen in delivering people solutions
- Generalist ER casework experience
- Thorough knowledge of UK
- Employment law, with international experience (e.g. the US) a bonus
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
CIPD Level 5 minimum
