Delineate Chief of Staff Ché Mainwaring moves into newly created role of Cymru Development Director,  tasked with the continued expansion of our technology and operations centre in the region.

We’re excited to announce that former Chief of Staff, Ché Mainwaring is moving into the newly created role of Cymru Development Director. In this role, Ché will be responsible for leading and coordinating our efforts to further expand the Delineate technology and operations centre in Wales, which has already shown significant growth as part of our overall business growth strategy.

Created in 2018, the technology and operations centre was designed to support a rapidly scaling technology business with recruitment, training and technology infrastructure that is readily accessible in the region. Since that time, the team has grown to 20+ team members covering a diverse range of backgrounds and expertise, and this new role will allow the business to increase focus on both the training and retention of our existing team, as well as attracting and nurturing new talent in the local area.
