But I never doubted we could do better. At Edelman PR, we built real-time research tools because PR needed speed. At Black Swan Data I learnt how to build research technology the right way.
So, I knew the wonder was still there. The ability to influence the biggest decisions of our time. That’s magic. We’d just lost sight of it.
