Delineate hires new CTO from Publicis Sapient

Today we announced the appointment of James Betteley as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). ‘JB’ joins from Publicis Sapient, where he spent five years leading platform delivery for enterprise clients. Previous CTO James Stewart transitions to a newly created Chief Operating Officer role.

JB will continue to build the engineering and product teams from Delineate’s technology hub in West Wales. His extensive experience, particularly his tenure at Publicis Sapient, will be invaluable as Delineate continues to build leading-edge market research technologies. JB will continue work on integrating Generative AI and Large Language Models into the real-time Delineate Proximity® platform

Supporting Delineate’s global expansion, former CTO James Stewart transitions to the new role of Chief Operating Officer. Having previously held senior strategy and transformation roles in different sectors, James will lead Delineate growth and investment initiatives across the globe.
